'Demon Slayer' to win Japan play

Recently, the first season of Demon Slayer's anime has come to an end, which has become a veritable, critically acclaimed phenomenon.

And the success was so great that the work is already starting to spread to other media. In addition to a movie following the anime and adapting the bow of the "Infinite Train," Demon Slayer will also win a play in Japan.

The announcement was made on the pages of the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump. Not much details were given beyond the date: January 2020.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba premiered at Weekly Shonen Jump in February 2016. The manga follows the story of Tanjiro, who after having his family massacred by a demon, goes in search of a cure for his only surviving sister from the massacre who accidentally was turned into a demon.
