Apple Music app starts shipping on Samsung's Brazilian Smart TVs

It was about time: it's been over a month since Samsung announced that it would bring the Apple Music app to its latest Smart TVs – and a little less than a month since Samsung Brazil informed us that, for for whatever reason, there was no forecast for the app to reach Brazil. Now, everything is working out.

The reader @outrosid warned us on Twitter that your Samsung Smart TV had already received the Apple Music app, information later confirmed by members of the MacMagazine team.

So there you have it: if you're a subscriber to the Apple streaming platform, you can now enjoy your music directly from the TV. Navigation will be familiar to anyone who has used Apple Music on Apple TV, with access to the “For You”, “Explore”, “Videos” tabs and integration with Beats 1 radio – in addition to their own library, of course.

Remember that the Apple Music application is only compatible with models from 2018 onwards from Samsung Smart TVs; if you have a compatible device, just check the Smart TV store and download the application. Enjoy! 🎶
